1. I , state that I am capable and experienced in using the tool(s) I am borrowing, and that I will use the tools I am borrowing in the proper manner.

2. I , state that I have inspected and performed any applicable operational checks and that I have found the tool(s) that I am borrowing is safe, serviceable and in good condition.

3. I , state that I will ,return the borrowed tool(s) to the owner in the same or better condition that I received it and to the return the borrowed tool(s) to the address that the tool owner specifies.

4. I , state that if I damage the tool(s) that I borrowed, I will repair or replace the borrowed tool to the tool(s) owner’s satisfaction.

5. I , state that if I don’t return the tool(s) on the agreed return date the tool(s) may be considered stolen property and the owner may contact local law enforcement for recovery and legal action and or prosecution.

6. I , do hereby for myself, on behalf o my successors and assigns, in consideration of being permitted to borrow the tool(s) waive any and all claims against the loaner for any injury or injuries of any nature that I may suffer or incur in the use of the tool(s) that I am borrowing from the loaner.

7. I , hereby for myself, on behalf of my successors and assigns, in consideration for being permitted to borrow tool(s), agree to release and indemnify and hold harmless the loaner of the tool(s) from any and all liability, loss, claims, and demands, actions or causes of action for the death or injury to any persons and for any property damage suffered or incurred by any person which arises or may arise or be occasioned in any way from the use of the tool(s) I am borrowing from the loaner.
